Every time we try to at here the order is wrong and the food is garbage. How hard is it to take an order then to make it as ordered? This happens time after time. Even the fries are no longer decent. This is the last time we will even attempt to eat here. Tired of wasting money on food I end up throwing away. Honestly I have no idea what keeps this place in business.

since I got back home and have tried calling since 315pm and its magically busy. this is where it'll resort to. I ordered a double qtr punder meal got home took one bite into the burger and it's raw tried calling with a busy signal for the last 30 mins. while I was in there had a girl getting yelled at for messing something up in drive through but didn't have a headset but the manager that decided to come out of the back office had one on and had no problem talking down to this employee along with another worker who was even... read more

When you order a large black iced coffee, what do you expect to receive? The answer is black coffee and ice in a cup with a straw. I have gone through the Ottawa McDonald’s twice now and asked very clearly, slowly, and pointedly for a large black iced coffee. Just like that. Every single time I go to the Ottawa McDonald's, my order is wrong. My very simple order is: medium nonfat iced mocha. Yesterday I was given a LARGE iced COFFEE. Today, I was given a LARGE iced mocha without the whipped cream, which automatically comes with when you order a mocha. These are just 2 of the numerous times my simple order has been wrong. Every time there's always a ridiculous wait for a drink, not even food. Worst McDonald's ever.

This place is absolute garbage I wouldn’t even let my dog eat anything from there
I don’t usually complain but I’ll never go back to this location poor customer service and poor advertisement I few of my coworkers said if we go to ANY McDonald’s and show our medical badge we could get a free meal well I just got off a 12 hour shift and decided to stop in on my way home well I let the manager know about the free meal which I don’t care cause I had money I was just wondering if it was true and apparently this location don’t honor it no more the manager was very rude and disrespectful I was ashamed to even g... read more
this was the WORST McDonalds I've ever been to messed up all FOUR of my meals then manager comes over had a really bad attitude said WELL U SHOULD OF RECHECKED THE SCREEN then demanded more money from me and still never gave me ANY SAUCE to eat my COLD chicken nuggets... she said she would get me some after I paid her so I sat at the 3rd window for 30 MINUTES and she never came back!!!!
RecommendedMy wife and I were just there, we went thru the drive thru and had by far the best possible customer service from a gentleman named Terrell. He had the right mentality, sense of humor and personality that made my day, especially with all the chaos going on right now... kudos to you man, keep being who you are
