It’s always weird to go into a place where the manager is allowing a disgruntled customer choose any and all order of operations for the business. Management has absolutely no control or influence of who gets food first, and if you go to eat inside, I unfortunately have to inform you the average wait my wife and I have had for the food is over 30 minutes.
Ordered 2 20 piece nuggets from canada to usa but they only gave 2 10 piece and spill almost on drink. Disappointed!
I ordered food on the app at 10:15 AM. Got there checked in and sat in drive-thru for 20 minutes. No one came on speaker, pulled up to window and 5 minutes later they hadn't even seen the order. Took another 10 minutes then food was cold. Will never stop here again avoid at all costs. :(
Very unprofessional the Night Manager is Rude was there after work. Ask why the pick up sign wasn't on so I would know when my food was ready. She tells me it's not her job to know plus she was on her phone while serving food to customers Really. Want be back
