ignored for ten minutes, charged me extra, and wrong order.
My son wanted a bagel to dress up himself, so I went to this location to get an everything bagel, untoasted, nothing in it. In short, a bagel in a bag. 20 minutes later I finally got it, and it felt warm. Girl at the counter assured me it wasn't toasted, but lo and behold! It would have been quicker to drive to the grocery store, and I could have gotten 4 bagels for the same price. Ridiculous.
Really rude at this location unfortunately. They ignore customers for long periods of time, leave filled out resumes for anyone to read, and are super short with you in general. I only go here when I’m visiting family and we want to get a cold drink. I’d never go out of my way to come here.
