Just crap waited didn't get served or my order talked and had to use the machine when using it was a faulty machine without my options for my type of usage was a tippical button every machine app has I wanted to check my cart to see all the items u I ordered.
Horrible customer service,order a cheeseburger with Mac sauce and they add a ton of mayonnaise instead and then when I go back wouldn't give me my money back and a new one. Wasting my gas and time to go back and its against company policy to do the right thing apparently. Shame on this business and their manager who was rude about it too.
The kiosk doesn't have all variables available so you have to go to the counter and WAIT. AND they got my order wrong! The only reason the picture is included is because it won't let me post without it 🤷
Pro's-This is the cleanest nicest McDonald's I've ever seen pretty cool it has it's own baby station room for mother's Love it! Con- I did wait for 30 minutes For 2 breakfast burritos 2 Egg Mcmuffins 1 Hash Brown 1 SODA 1 Ice Tea The cherry on top was a young girl went and delivered food to a car touching several doors came back in and started making my drinks sticking all her fingers inside my cup.I spoke to the manager & told her I do not want that drink she made,the young girl got upset that I was not happy to except her ... read more
Service was fine, they were respectful just in a hurry, food was great not usually a fan of McDonald's but this was great
