I came here to pick up my order, but the receptionist named Arsili was extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. I explained my issue to her clearly, but she ignored me and refused to help. She kept me waiting for around 10 minutes for no reason, while other customers’ orders were being handled.
