I order was not complete . Had a missing sandwich. When i went back i was told they could make the sandwich. Poor customer service. Always mess up orders at this . I'll be going to burger king inste
Hello! My nine year old son found a bone in his McNugget. He choked on it and vomited. He could have died. I never would have expected this to happen. The nuggets need to be pulled before someone else gets hurt!!!
McDonalds on Buffalo Road shame on you. It is snow storming out and I placed a mobile order while my husband was out. I sent him a screenshot of the order code and they WOULD NOT ALLOW HIM TO PICK UP THE FOOD!!! He had the screen shot for the order confirmation!!!!!
Trash, garbage, trash....
RecommendedI stopped there to get lunch for my husband and I. The one male employee that brings the food out is so nice and thoughtful! I enjoy going there just to see his friendly smiling face!

Quarter Pounder was so undercooked that it was still mooing but at least it was stale. just like the rest of the "food" I spent $30 on. Keep up the good work!
mcdonalds can improve in every single way possible. from actually getting an order correct and presentable to being polite to their customers. constantly disappointed with this location. in the picture I shared it's literally a HUGE GLOB of mayo outside the sandwich and all over my sandwich. a customer shouldnt have to clean and rebuild the food they paid for. and it was like this because I PAID for extra sauce and lettuce because they barely have anything on them. so when I spend more money, my food is treated like garbage.
I personally have had nothing but excellent service,from start to finish,at this particular McDonald's location. Always have received a friendly greeting,and food has been hot,fresh,and correct order. Only once was an item missing from order,and they not only corrected it,but threw in an additional 10 piece McNuggets for the trouble.
