Zach is a top notch guy! Would highly recommend him to anyone!
We needed quite a bit of work done in order to get my mom's house ready to sell. Zach was able to get a multitude of contractors to do all the work in a very tight time frame. He was in constant contact with us and the contractors to keep things moving. Never could have accomplished this without him.
Zach and his team did an amazing job. The way they staged the house was great, pictures and video truly made the house look good. We also appreciated the communication provided.
Zach was a great realtor. He answered all my questions and was very patient while showing us many homes. I would definitely work with him again. Also has a fun Youtube channel that has good info.
Zach is an amazing real estate agent. He was great resource to have through the ups and downs of the home buying process . Zach did extensive research on a property that we put on offer on and found that it was on landslide prone area. We pulled that offer but were able close on a different property with him. He also connected us with a very good lender and inspector. Would definitely recommend.
