McDonald Plumbing hooked our house up to city water today which included some additional work and expertise. I had them leave the well system hooked up to the outside spigots, add another outside spigot, and add a shutoff to a spigot that needed one. The city water side can be tied into the outside spigots easily if the well fails later. The city water side was flushed before connecting to the house and the water is running clean. For the third time in the past year McDonald Plumbing has saved the day for me! My first encounter with McDonald was a year ago when another local plumber told me to call Roto Router to deal with a broken tile in my sewer line. Roto Router quoted 8-10K to repair the line. I called McDonald for a second opinion and they determined the break was on the easement and that the city would be able to fix it at no charge. They even called the city and waited for a representative to inspect the line to see exactly where the break was... read more

Ian had great communication and called before arriving. He was efficient in diagnosing the leaking sound in the kitchen from the bathroom sink upstairs by asking a few questions and seemed knowledgeable.
