McDonald Plumbing hooked our house up to city water today which included some additional work and expertise. I had them leave the well system hooked up to the outside spigots, add another outside spigot, and add a shutoff to a spigot that needed one. The city water side can be tied into the outside spigots easily if the well fails later. The city water side was flushed before connecting to the house and the water is running clean. Bad Work Caused Water Damage. No Refund Offered TLDR: Their work failed, causing water damage to my home. Repair crew they sent blamed me for the damage without inspecting it. In September of 2020 we had McDonald Plumbing repair two pipes under the kitchen sink and install a new faucet.
