I had a great experience with McDonald Orthodontics. I went with the Incognito treatment, and never regretted my decision. Dr John's knowledge and experience is second to none, and their painstaking attention to detail ensured me that everything would be done right.
Most BRILLIANT Orthodontist ever! Most EXCEPTIONAL Staff ever!
While other orthodontists want to put braces on my cross bite teeth and charge me a few thousands dollars for it; plus, I will have to wear retrainer for the rest my life at night, Dr. McDonald said I don't need it. My teeth are straight and everything feels comfortable. In 30 years, I might need some crowns on the affected teeth which are way cheaper. His thorough explanation and honest opinion take away the worries that have bothered me for a while. I'm grateful and felt bad that I pay him nothing for the free exam.
My son has an extensive case which was very spendy and Annie there in the office, bent over backwards for us. They are so kind and extremely family oriented, as I have a 4 yr old and 1.5 yr old. They were so patient and good with my kiddos. Love this team.
I love this place it is recommended! They are very gentle with patients.
