They do not respond. I have called 4 times trying to schedule an oil change. Each time have sat waiting for someone to answer for over 10 mins. Tried online and it said someone would contact us and nobody has. Was really hoping to give them another chance after they bought the place from Larry Miller. Update 9-9-25 The dealership still haven't taken care of my son's title paperwork, and it hasn't been sent to the credit union Canvas. He bought the vehicle back on 4-15-25. They said that there was initially an issue with New York motor vehicle, but fast forward to now, this still haven't been taken care even though they claim that the issue with NY has been resolved. I had a very frustrating experience buying my car from this dealership in March. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and was clear with the sales team. However, instead of discussing the actual value of the car, the salesman repeatedly focused on monthly payment numbers, which was not my concern.
