I have been a regular customer for all my maintenance for the last 10+ years and always had the best experience. Not sure if it is the new ownership or simply hiring incompetent customer service reps, but my last experience was absolutely horrible. I was given an estimate over the phone and then in writing. Dropped off my car for the service and then had to call twice for an update since Dawson did not care to update me.
