We went here last month for repairs but only after at least 5 HOURS of waiting (we don't live here so we have to stay in the mall) did they call back and say they don't have any parts to fix it? Even though we booked the appointment 2 weeks prior? They could've at least told us before the appointment. We wasted our time and they said they will just give us $50 off next time. Just moved to town and needed to find a new dealership with my Juke. I am beyond happy with the service, pricing and staff. Will be happy to return for future services. Updated. Came for an oil change today(jan 6/26) and this service department is still top notch in customer service, pricing and cleanliness. Will be back for all future services i cant do myself.
I just had a super service appointment at McDonald Nissan. My car was expertly serviced and beautifully detailed- I picked up a repaired and super clean vehicle on time with all work clearly explained to me!
Staff at McDonald Nissan were great! I spoke with Rod and he was extremely helpful, always informing us of what was happening with the car as they came across what was causing the problem. Thank you so much! You really helped us out during a very stressful week.
