I was sexualy Harassed at McDonald Hyundai by some employees. I never complained cause I was letting it go. But the company stalked me and started going after my ex girlfriends so the ladies will press charges against me cause they talked them into doing so..

Worst dealership ever. I don't even know where to begin, a complete run around from the finance department, they refused to use the bank I requested, sent me to Canvas which is just as bad as McDonald, my first payment is due, no one can tell me where my loan paperwork is, the bank is telling me I need to pay the dealership, the dealership is telling me I need to wait for the bank, when I call the dealership I get sent directly to voicemail, with no return calls, ever. I bought 3 cars from them, paid cash for all three...the finance manager told me that he needed to run something for 25$ ...He runs my card for ****. Said he reversed the charges and gave me my money back...After I left he ran my card twice for 250$ ...They stole 500$ from my bank account...who does s*** like this, after I bought 3 cars from them..they are frauds and theives AaD

Needed to have a repair completed on my ******* so I took it to McDonald Hyundai ******************* The repair was for the drivers door mirror and routine maintenance. Upon picking up the car, I was told that an estimate would be provided for the mirror. After a couple of months of waiting, I called the service department back and tried to get some answers on the repair. This dealership is built on fraud, lies, and deception. We were buying a car in the shortage crunch and knew there was no bargaining on the price. We didn't haggle. We were happy to pay MSRP and in cash. Once the car came in, our agreed upon price and terms were reneged. They added options to the car that were not asked for and worse, they said we couldn't pay cash and HAD TO FINANCE through them. Beyond dissatisfied. They gave me an estimate to make my sunroof operable and after two weeks of them working on my car it turned out to be double the price. I asked them to just put it back how I brought it in. Three weeks later I paid $2,000 to pick it up. Half the sunroof railing system was missing (they accidentally threw it in the trash) and the glass was fastened by two screws (manager said its they best they can do). Unsafe to drive. If I could give a zero I would. At this point I'm just astounded on how poorly I was treated by Keith the Service Manager and his service department. I made an appointment to figure out why my AC was not working in my car. I was told it's probably wiring issue so it could take a couple of days to fix. I made my appointment originally online for Tuesday, due to some personal reasons I called and cancelled and rescheduled for Friday at 11:30. Come Friday I arrive to be told it won't be until MONDAY that the car will be looked ... read more

JUST SAY NO to McDonald Hyundai! I bought my car 2020 Hyundai Tucson in Nov 2019 (great experience with Kevin!) and took it in on 2/24/20 (with 2632 miles on it) after receiving 2 separate engine and collision avoidance system warnings, and to look at a small hole in the front bumper (which I sent them of a photo of before the appt). They continued to say that nothing was wrong with the car even though I received 2 more engine warnings (which I emailed to them) while the car was in their shop with the engine running! We purchased a new hyundai ioniq with an excellent sales rep kris wells. She was efficient professional and enjoyable to deal with. I'll go back in the future and would highly recommend the dealership and kris wells!
