The team has done a great job with the installation (spotless). Very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. I have a 4 year old AC system. I have had issues with the system yearly, which has been disappointing. I would say most have been on Bryant and parts related. Yesterday I had a tech come out due to a blower motor issue. It was after 4 P.M. and the parts department was closed. Allen, the tech, said he would call first thing in the morning and get back to us. True to his word, he called around 7:00 A.M. and said he would be out to install ASAP. I have been using McDonald Heating for the past five years and have had nothing but exceptional service. Every technician I’ve encountered has been professional, friendly and competent. Most recently, I replaced my entire HVAC and the whole process from start to finish was impeccable. They take their time with you and go over every detail of the project so you always know what’s going on. These guys truly have the best customer service and reliability.
We very recently had a semi-large commercial job done by McDonald at my work, adding 8 zones of supplemental trim heat to the office areas of our building with two new independent systems. As a rule, I prefer not to call contractors into our building to perform work. We prefer to do the repairs and upgrades internally... it's generally easier, more cost-effective, and the job gets done better 9 times out of 10.
