Staff here is courtious, friendly and very professional in every respect. Jeff is absolutely a throw back to the good old days where the service and advice he provided was knowledgeable, reliable and a first class approach of putting the clients needs first. They handled my problems with my hearing aids at no cost....even though warranty had expired due to a processing error by the previous owner.
