RecommendedMadison did a great job for Bill! He loves his new Silverado. She showed him quite a few vehicles and he drove them and made his decision. Madison had all the answers to his questions and exceeded our expectations. We drove home in a New Silverado! We didn't expect to do that today. It was a great day.
Was looking to buy a truck from them was told there mechanic serviced it and put all the add ons on it took it to get a look over came back with a list of problems and they played dumb. I asked for the paperwork from when it was serviced and there wasnt any i asked to speak with the mechanic tht did the maintenance and he happen not to be in 🤦♂️

I have never done this before but I’m so fed up! We leased our second truck with you which is a diesel Colorado and it has had numerous recalls which is to be expected however we have heard a noise coming from the front tire brake area and every time you guys look at you said nothing was wrong so now it is making the noise while driving too but we don’t know why would bring it in when you say noting is wrong!! I am NOT happy and I dont know if we want to lease or buy again from you!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!
They like to charge you hidden fees. Plus the fees they charge when they TRY to diagnose a problem your telling them about. 2nd time is my last time. Back to Hank Graff
I went in for a rattle on my lease vehicle. They found the problem and fixed it. Fantastic service all around. I will be back if I need anymore service done on this vehicle but also when i go to purchase in 2020!! Thank you!

so review of mcdonalds chevrolet in millington.... most people agree that Bob in service is not usually very nice. so once again he proves himself .....8 a.m. appt. lights and doors dont even turn on till 8.... they take their time, front desk girl opens the door for our vehicle to go in. Computers arent on so have to wait to be checked in, while waiting another car pulls up.
