My family is so great fun to Dr Mahaffey and his staff. We never wait long to see the dr. They call in refills very fast. He has helped really me with my health issue.
Dr. Mahaffey and his staff take the time to listen to you and they are thorough. You can tell he cares and that he enjoys caring for others.
I highly recommend Dr. Mahaffey to anyone looking for a family physician. My kids love him. He is very professional, but also makes checkups fun for the kids. He takes time to listen and to explain things rather than just rushing in and out of the door. His entire staff is great, too.

Works great with his team of NP's, saw me even though I had an appointment with his Nurse Practitioner as she had some concerns. Took time out of his schedule to do so, a busy doctor who give the time needed.
Does not inform patients of test results. Does not listen to patient concerns. Rushes you thru visit. I now have degraded kidney functions because he did not tell me of test results for three weeks. Made all sorts of excuses. Just does not care.. For your own health find another doctor.

Takes way to long to wait only for him to go ok whats wrong? Ok. Yep. Got it be right back. (25 minutes later) spits his diagnosis at you like your a doctor pats you on the back and out you go. and by the way we took you off your anxiety meds too. Even after my psychiatrist and psychologist told him which medications i needed.. not willing to prescribe needed medications, from two psychiatrist and psychologist. Will not listen, so if wasting your time money and effort is you. Call dr mahaffey
