Rich does a great job at a reasonable price, plus Rich will tell us which parts he would recommend and which he wouldn't if we want a cheaper part and he knows it won't last! Rich is also willing to take a quick look and has always given me great advice when I come in with or without my husband on whatever course of action will work best for us.
