I bought a sweatshirt and t-shirt in the wrong size for my fiancé for Christmas. Instead of returning online we decided to take it back to the selling dealer ship like the return policy states we can on the back of the order receipt. The cashiers refused to exchange the merchandise and offered no suggestions or options, besides u have to send it back.
