When I had an alternator problem on a new-to-me TriGlide which left me stranded, they showed up with a box van and 3 employees to load up the trike and take it into the shop. All of this within 45 minutes. The cost of all this, and the voltage regulator, was covered under their warranty. Does it get any better than THAT, anywhere?
