I stopped by this location for a quick oil change. It was so pleasant to sit in the waiting area and hear how Natalie and the staff in servicing handled all their customers! I would recommend this location to EVERYONE!
What an amazing experience! Thank you to Josh, Quan, and Natalie for helping us when we needed a quick fix for our car on our road trip! We were in and out with the part fixed so quickly. Thank you for making a stressful experience so much easier! Thank you for the great service!
Rick Leonard was a great salesman! I would tell with him for any purchase! Not pushy or rude like some dealers you go to! Give us a fair deal for our vehicle! And a great deal for our new one!
Rick helped us and he was super helpful and nice and was completely transparent with us and worked with us, He made everything super easy and explained everything to us in detail!! Not only was he super helpful, but was able to get me into an amazing truck that I love!!! The whole team here at McDaniels ford is amazing!! Would definitely recommend this place if you're in the market for a new vehicle!!
We were traveling and our check engine light came on. We went to dealership early Tuesday morning and they took us in, offered us coffee, and resolved the problem with expert work! We were so thankful and amazed at the service that exceeded all expectations! Would recommend this dealership!!!! Excellent!!!
