Car died on roadside and had it towed to McDaniels. Natalie the service writer was exceptionally helpful even when the problem wasn’t solvable with the techs they have on staff.

McDaniel ford was exceptionally well with the service and time of getting my vehicle repaired, Ms.Natalie whom just started at the time of me bringing in my vehicle right before Christmas went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I stayed inform about my vehicle, she's a veteran and made sure she really stuck to our motto of the Army of "Leave no soldier behind " Mr.Josh the service department supervisor runs a well oil machine as far as his department their service has been superior!!!!!
