My mother n law bought a Tran from him in 2021 and now he has told us it is out of warranty after he has came to the house to fix it but it still isn’t working right so I did some research myself and yes it is under warranty so he has lied to my 76 year old mother n law and still has not fixed the problem and then wanted to charge her more money because he says it’s out of warranty 675.00 to fix it. This was the best service call of any kind we have ever had. The technician arrived promptly within less than an hour. He had our problem fixed in about 20 to 25 minutes. He was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. His communication with both myself and my husband was excellent. His price was reasonable even though it was a holiday week.
