Chris returned my call right away and was at my house within an hour. He quickly got my HVAC system running again. Excellent service - highly recommend!
This was the best service call of any kind we have ever had. The technician arrived promptly within less than an hour. He had our problem fixed in about 20 to 25 minutes. He was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. His communication with both myself and my husband was excellent. His price was reasonable even though it was a holiday week. Chris was great! Very professional. He came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He clearly communicated and responded quickly to questions. Once he recieved the parts he was out as quickly as possible to get us up and running in this heat. I can't thank him enough!
