I love them, and i'm thankful for getting the chance to speak with them, very kind people and lovely homes.
I would rate 0 stars if I could. They were impossible to get on the phone if any issues came up. Once a ticket was created for maintenance they would just ignore them and close them out. We had a leak during some heavy storms and they just decided not to resolve the ticket. They charged us over $600 for missing a payment on time when it was 100% their fault.
