91 yr old patient in for Mohs procedure, first appointment of the day, sat for a total of 9 hours in the waiting room (at the peak of COVID). Her margins were clear by 10am, and wasn't seen again until 4pm for her closing stitches. She was dehydrated, hungry and alone, and vulnerable to the many people who came and went throughout the day. Ease of scheduling, friendliness of staff, short wait in office, nice environment. It was a very pleasant atmosphere. Lindsay did a fine job.

Waited 30 minutes to get into the room waited another 20 to even see a doctor. There’s a sign in the check in area that says you owe a fine if you’re more than 15 minutes late, I think they owe a fine for making me late.

I have been a patient of Dr McCune for years! As in 15+. I travel throughout the country and live now in CO. I return year after year because I trust him and his staff. They are highly professional and he is am expert in his field both medical and cosmetic. I go to other doctors but I return time and again because I trust his ability and expertise.

I am incredibly impressed. I went into the office feeling like a deer caught in the headlights. He spoke to me about two concerns. One of which he especially made sure I was taken care of on the spot. He recognized the seriousness and explained it all. He then made sure I got taken care of and had treatment started that day-and I had an appointment towards the end of the day. I think he could tell I was a little shocked and scared by what was being told to me and I’m just amazed by the initiativ

I am still waiting to get the results from my skin biopsies taken a month ago. So far, I have not been able to talk to my nurse practitioner or triage nurse when calling in. I have left several messages. It seems like no one here is really concerned about my health.

Had biopsy 4 & 1/2 weeks ago. Stitches out 2 weeks ago. No one has called me with the results. I have called twice ( last week and today) and have not got a call back. Would not recommend Dr. McCune.

I overall had a great experience both times at this office. First for a consult, then for a laser procedure. The waiting room has a spa-like feel, and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The NP I met with was helpful and listened well. Dr. McCune was very knowledgeable and answered the loads of questions I dropped on him. I have other health issues that he took into careful consideration.Assuming it continues to heal as expected, great job.
