I recently used the services of Ben Lynskey from this firm. He was prompt and very supportive in addition to be being an absolute legal expert. He always made time to take or return my calls which was extremely appreciated and a rare trait these days. I highly recommend using Ben for any related legal services you may need. He is an absolute professional!
Fired Ben Lynskey after he didn't show up in court. He did not seem to know the law, or at least in my case. I ended up representing myself and was able to negotiate a new, better deal. I'm not a lawyer, but I was able to talk with the Crown and the Judge, ultimately negotiating a deal that Ben Lynskey said wasn't possible. Ben also tried to go back on a deal we made and wanted an extra $7,000 for doing absolutely nothing. If this is your law choice, I strongly recommend representing yourself.
Bradley Cope* Communication was terrible. He never had time and when he did he didn’t seem to care. I have now found a new lawyer that is amazing. Look else where!! This lawyer and firm is also know to drop Legal Aid clients after a short period of time. Beware
Mr. Justin Dosanjh is an excelent lawyer, very profesional and great comunication on his part. I feared my case was a lost cause and even under such ugly circumstances he was able to win my case. I cant praise him enough, if you need representation I wouldn't think twice about retaining him as council.
