Our experience here was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, both on the phone and in person. They acted as though helping patients was an inconvenience and showed no professionalism or empathy. The doctor was also dismissive and unhelpful. She couldn’t confirm a diagnosis as we had initially assumed poison ivy but she didn’t confirm and offered no explanation or insight into if that was what might be causing the issue, and gave no real guidance on prevention.
