Had a fantastic experience, with informative, helpful staff (John and Sam), great selection of vehicles, and efficiency. I was so grateful I didn’t have to block off an entire day to get in my new car.
I recently had my vehicle towed here for an electrical issue and requested that the computer be reprogrammed. I was initially told it would be about two weeks before they could look at it, but after about a week, a service advisor called to say they had fit it in sooner. He told me they couldn't reprogram the computer because it had no power, that they already had one hour of diagnostic labor into it at $150, and that I should expect the cost to be upward of $1,200 because electrical issues usually take a long time.
