I haven’t been in my property a month yet but I have emailed, called, put in maintenance request, and left voicemails for mail box keys that were not at the property once I moved in. These people are SCAMMERS. I applied for a property that they have for rent after touring and paid a $75 application fee, and almost immediately received a response from Andrhea Guanzon stating the property is not available any more and that I could transfer my application to another one of their properties. The next closest property is 30 miles away and fits none of my criteria for a rental. A nightmare if you need maintenance. Super difficult to communicate with and even the vendors they hire cant reach out to them causing a series of delays. 1 month and still without A/C in 80°+ Summer weather is not what anyone should be dealing with!! Stay away from this company!
When my property management company, Title One, was taken over by Pure, I had high hopes that the level of service offered by Title One would continue. It was just the opposite. They neglected to promptly deal with a tenant's heating issue causing the tenant to be without heat for weeks. I wound up having to refund over $1K in rent because of the delay.
