Sara is quiet but very friendly at the checkout counter. The young lady who assisted the Dr. With my extraction was very pleasant and kept me calm through the procedure. Last but not least, Dr. McCreary is always funny, in a good way, very professional, yet laid back an keeps me calm during any procedure I've had done in the office. As soon as I arrived at 3:45 for my 4:00 appt., they said that they were ready for me and called me back. When I was seated in the dental chair, the dental hygienist examinied my tooth that needed a crown and told me that Dr. McCreary would be in momentarily which he was. I have very sensitive teeth and am difficult to numb. Dr. McCreary was awesome because when he started to drill, I was still able to feel some of the drilling; so therefore, he stopped and gave the novacaine more time to numb my tooth.
