The office staff is just fantastic!! Dr. McCracken is totally professional & at the same time compassionate. He didn't do anything he didn't think necessary & is having me see my ocularist about adding volume to my prosthetic eye.
I couldn't be more thrilled with my entire experience and results! Dr. McCracken and his amazing team are so welcoming and helpful. I received Botox in my forehead, brow, and outer eye areas as well as Volbella filler underneath my eyes. I had eye lid surgery on Dec 22. The results after only 2 months are amazing. I so enjoyed working with Dr. McCracken and his A-1 Staff. They were incredible at helping me schedule appointments around my work schedule. I will return in a heartbeat if I ever need more work done. Very kind staff, timely scheduled appointments, no hassle reschedule appointments. Dr. McCracken was patient, attentive, and provided a detailed explanation of both the issue and options to resolve it. Same day in office, painless, procedure to resolve a blocked gland.
Amazing surgeon! I had orbital decompression surgery done by Dr. McCracken and he is amazing. He was kind and compassionate. 6 years later or so and I am still amazed at the results!
