When my 12-year old kitchen faucet broke, and the manufacturer sent us a replacement, I tried to install the replacement myself. I couldn't even remove the old faucet because it was rusted in place. So I called McCoy's Plumbing. A plumber from McCoy's was here the following morning. He cut the old faucet out and installed the new faucet within the estimated time. Need an amazing team on your side when all else (plumbing) fails well look no further!! Cliff and his team are awesome! Commercial or residential.
Their servicemen, Uriel and Mathew, were so courteous, identified the problem, and resolved the problem quickly, at a reasonable price. "Another" company had come out the week prior and basically charged us an UNreasonable price for very little effort, and a bottle of enzymes, which obviously weren't needed. Will definitely call them again if needed.
Called McCoy Plumbing late Sunday regarding drain issue in master bath. ***** & ******* arrived promptly Monday morning, assessed the problem, and quickly resolved the issue. Fee for service was reasonable. Both men were courteous and professional. My wife and I will be calling McCoy for future plumbing needs.
