Edit: I am editing my review due to events after the initial visit. I was passed through 3 different individuals during my experience. It did not feel as if there was any continuity, and after my initial with Zach, I did not feel like I was a priority. I am sure based on other reviews that they do quality work. However, I cannot be the judge of that as I ended up going with a different company, partially due to the above and I also needed additional services not offered by McCoy. We had a small leak in our bathroom ceiling. Our roof is 10 years old and was originally installed by McCoy Roofing. Paul Browne was courteous, prompt, skilled, and repaired the leak in one visit. The next time we need a roof replacement (hopefully in the distant future), we'll be contacting McCoy Roofing.
I can't say enough about how much Zach helped me through the stressful process of finding a solution to my roofing issues from the storm. He was able to get to me right away and I am sure he knew that I had no idea what to do. He helped me out immensely. Thanks again Zach!
