I MOVED MY WIFE INTO THIS PLACE WHILE WORKING SALES FOR A SAWMILL IN MONTANA.. THERE WAS A FAMILY THAT LIVED UPSTAIRS & THE GUY WAS USING THE PARKINGLOT AS A USED CAR DEALERSHIP TO SELL HIS CARS.. THEY MADE ALOT OF NOISE ON THE STAIRS, STOMPING UP & DOWN AT ALL HOURS.. & ALSO HOGGED & USED ALL THE PARKING SPACES NEAR OUR UNIT.. THEN ON ONE HOLIDAY WEEKEND, THIS GUY & HIS FAMILY ARE GRILLING RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR BEDROOM WINDOW.. I like this apartment because there’s no bugs/insects, it’s quiet, very clean, and staff are so nice
The Mccoy apartments are a great place to live! It’s not often you find such friendly and attentive management.
I've lived at McCoy since August, and I have had very positive experiences. The apartment is clean, quiet, and really functional. My neighbors are great. Whenever I have an issue, the office managers take care of it right away, and it's really convenient because the office is on-site so I can just pop in and ask for help. I chose McCoy based on a recommendation from a co-worker who also had a great experience living here last year. All in all, couldn't ask for more!
