We have hired Ryan McCosker for multiple properties and a variety of projects, the most recent was a total renovation of a 3 bed, 2 bath 1800 sq/ft ranch. As with any renovation there were unexpected challenges that Ryan conquered with determination and precision. Ryan's devotion to perfection is evident in the results which are always exceptional. Ryan was extremely considerate of working within the living space of our home with minimal disruption.
"Attention to detail" characterizes Ryan! He came recommended to me and I'm very happy with the work he did: replacing my tired kitchen cabinets with upgraded ones; overseeing the quartz countertop measurement; installing the sink, faucet, dishwasher and microwave; and cleaning up every day. He was a pleasure to work with and very reasonably priced in my mind. I've already given out his card to others.

Ryan McCosker, McCosker Builders, LLC, recently completed a new 2-car “tandem” garage for us (to replace a 90-year-old one “on its last legs”) and we couldn’t be any happier with the results.
