It was okay. My New York Steak had much more fat and gristle then any other NY I’ve ever had. The chowder was good and martini was great. Service was pretty helpful but even with reservations, we still had a 20 minute wait. It was our first time there. Overall we weren’t impressed.
We made reservations here for Christmas dinner. Showed up on time and checked in on time. This time was 3:30 pm. We got our drinks and bread and they took our order. Then....... basically nothing but promises of soon our food would show up. At 4:45 we decided to leave. It was then that they said they were at least another hour and 20 minutes behind! Horrible experience! Thanks so much for ruining Christmas dinner. And here's the KICKER - there are only 3 of us! Not a big order at all.
I was disappointed in this experience. My food wasn't the quality I expect from McCormick & Schmick's. The waitress took a very long time to finally come and take our order and when my food arrived, the mashed potatoes and carrots were not hot, I'd give them a luke warm. My co-worker had the same meal and had the same experience. The plates were even cool-ish. Neither of us complained because it had taken so long to order. Company Christmas lunch.
Service was great and giving the veterans a meal was more than gracious, very humbling .THANK YOU
We always go to McCormicks in San Francisco. Since we were in Rosevile we decided to try the McCormicks there. We had a marvelous time. Our server was Weston and he was very attentive. We had the dinner for 2 which was very delicious. When Weston told me that they had the Chocolate in the Bag dessert ( I always have this in San Francisco ) I knew that I had to try theirs. It was wonderful. We will definitely be back!
