The food was delicious and the service was great, until a roach crawled on our table. The waiter was so kind to kill it, let's say I wasn't hungry anymore. The manager apologized.
Excellent, Relaxing - Even on New Years Eve! – My BF and I went for dinner on New Years Eve last night which I normally like to stay away on "amateur night" on the town but had a wonderful evening. This was my first time at this location and even though I was expecting a harried, crazy atmosphere and staff it was not. Excellent – The food was fresh And delicious. My stuffed salmon was wonderful. Upscale seafood and steak joint surprisingly not overpriced for the quality. Tried several apps. and 4 of the deserts all wonderful but the apple pie was to die for and the mac and cheese divine. The service was good and manager Troy was courteous and helpful.
Great service, Great food, I will definitely recommend – I went to the new downtown location just a couple of days ago, WOW. The happy hour was jammed with young vibrant professionals sipping on some of the best priced drinks and great looking food. We order the ahi lolli pops that came with a sweet spicy sauce, yum. No way would I eat dinner here...wouldn't suggest it to a downtown homeless person....(overly patient-rant) – I figured this place as an overpriced medicocre tourist attraction with fancy decor, since it's in the Houston Pavillions (and it is exactly that), but we wanted to check it out anyways since we live a couple of blocks away. 1st stop: stopped for a beer in the bar just to check out the menu. Quick decline of quality food.... – My fiancee and I have been to this location 4 times since mid-December. The first time - excellent, second - step down, third - still going down, and fourth - horrible. I have never been to a restaurant that I have noticed such a dramatic decline in a short time frame.
