Got a last minute reservation on new years eve. Seated promptly. Food was just ok. New york strip was very tender, salmon rigatoni was quite bland other than the garlic. Waitress seemed a little miffed when we didn't order dessert and didn't asked how we wanted the ticket split with our table of 4. Never assume!
Most excellent tender steak and soooooooo tasty with shrimp and green beans!
Once you got beyond the ridiculous process of checking in and wondering if they were ever going to call you name the service was marginal at best. On top of the that food was ok and the desert was so bad they removed it from our check. I’ve eaten at other M&S locations and had a great dining experience. This one leaves me wanting my money back!
We had reservations for a late dinner Saturday evening. The restaurant was packed, but we got drinks and salads right away. However, our meals took over an hour. They apologized and offered us a dessert on the house. The food was fabulous! No complaints on our food, but we were there about 2 hours, and not planning on dessert. Just a suggestion to M&S...In this type of situation, paying for our our additional drinks ordered because of the wait, would have been a better offer. It gets pretty spendy to sit and wait.
