Venue full of teenage volleyball players and their families from all over the country, yet there were not enough food vendors to feed our girls. Weird hours (jamba juice) and running out of EVERYTHING. Because of that, the lines at remaining vendors were hours long. Employees were not friendly — to be kind. Only plus is the cleanliness of the facility. I would not choose to attend event here again.

Here for volleyball and thought it was set-up fine. The bracelet purchase line was ridiculous, but it is what it is.
Terrible signage... Hard to navigate. Things are also very spread out.
Here for volleyball w/ 1,000s of teams, nice facility but needs more chairs around the courts and there aren’t many electrical plug-ins near the Vb courts, but overall a nice place. Not a lot of food choices but what they had was good.
meh. experience was ok. not enough restaurant options for the capacity, room service was nice, room itself was fine. nothing special. was here for work & wouldn’t return for personal w/all of the other options available.

I attended the TESOL 2018 conference and every employee of McCormick place was kind, helpful, friendly and patient! Couldn’t have asked for better service!
I loved it I needed a get away and it was the perfect one from me. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.
