it's a convention center. No better or worse than most. Half a star more if you'd improve the internet speed and reduce the price. 1.5 stars if you'd run an express train to O'Hare.
There needs to be more seating/ benches in the lobby area as well as on the convention floor. After many miles of walking the convention floor, a place to sit for a while would be welcome!
What a great venue for the NRA Show! Everything was laid out nicely. Busses were great and staff was informative to me.
Hand in awesome time will like to come back some day
They really have big events under control. From parking to people- moving escalators, McCormick Place in Chicago made attending a huge event, a pleasant adventure.

Attended National Restaurant Association every year ! Parking are very poorly ! Need a better system for redirecting when they blocking the road .
Excellent venue. Parking, shuttles, halls, services, security, etc. Always a pleasure to visit here.
