Best doctors and lawyers often lose their licenses. Daniel is a great attorney. He represented me a few years ago. It’s a shame he’s not available now. I would hire him again and strongly recommend him to others. His style was strong and compassionate, non compromising when it came to getting the results I personally needed. I'm actually working with this law office on for MVA. There has been very communication. No checking in me, no real guidance or instructions. They are terrible at returning phone calls. And I haven't even called much. Wish I would have chosen a different law firm It's clear we are just another number to them...ugh Medicare approvals have needed and there has been long delays. I do not recommend this office at all. I still haven't actually spoken to attorney signed to my case.

Terrible lawyer. Like many have said, never returns phone calls. Very difficult to get a hold of. Has no ambition to win any cases, motivated by a quick buck. Made my particular situation worse. Charges you for every time you call from being frustrated of not getting any updates. Never prepared on court days, losing documents, failing to do things he promises to do as far as filing. Stay away and do not hire, Hoping for a class action one of these days to disbar this scumbag.
