If I could put zero stars I would. The office staff is very rude they don’t believe in fixing anything. When they decide to come fix something ( 7/8 months later) they maintenance crew is very careless. They damaged thousands of dollars literally of personal belongs and their response was you should have moved it. Well sir after waiting 7/8 months I gave up hope of you all coming. This by far the worst rental experience I’ve had the list of problems goes on. I wouldn’t recommend renting from them completely trash!!
I give three stars because they are friendly, but getting things done takes a while.
