McCord’s Dodge Service Department provides excellent customer service. I am always treated with respect and greeted with a smile. My car needed a new engine and Richard in service worked very hard to research and present viable options. With a back order in place Richard contacted me every couple of days for two months to give me an update on all new developments. I will take my car to McCords in the future for all car repairs.
Ruthi and the entire team were absolutely amazing to work with. I recently lost my husband in a car accident and developed a new fear/anxiety around driving especially in my car that my husband always drove when we went anywhere together. So my therapist recommended I try and get a new car that didn't have memories attached to it and that made me feel safe to be in. They sold me a 20,000 lemon I'm loosing oil pressure heater doesn't work well heater core is going out doesn't have original key fobes scratches all over it and didn't see them till I washed it carpet was not secure I also noticed that the grill has been replaced with new one and something under the front end is f'ed up I know this because it wonders like crazy specially when I hit bumps can't go over 70 without feeling like I am going to loose control so I don't take the freeway, whatever they used to make the top and all t... read more
