Wonderful people and impeccable service. Our carpet install was perfect.
Our experience with was initially very positive and they were the leading favorite for choosing who to go with to replace our flooring, but unfortunately some behavior near the end of the process left us soured and looking elsewhere. On the positive side, everyone in the store was very friendly and gave us solid recommendations (or at least the best options available as our search was a uniquely challenging one in terms of trying to match existing flooring).
