We bought new flooring and carpet from McCools for our remodeled basement and are thrilled with how everything turned out. Blue Crew Installation did a great job too!
We selected McCool's for our flooring a few years ago because it was highly rated. I'm not sure if it was the sales consultant we had, but it has been one issue after another. They forgot to schedule us on their calendar after confirming by email, so the team was splitting time between our home and others that had already been committed to. Carmel McCool’s is the place to buy carpet. Jason in the showroom, Darren and Nick on installation were fantastic. Pricing is straight forward, selection was great, and Jason was very knowledgeable. These installers were AMAZING. They were professional, friendly, talented, and hard working. Thank you. I highly recommend this company!
