Called McConnell on a Wednesday he came out after a couple hours assessed the situation, needed a new furnace. I already had a Bryant that was 34 years old could no longer keep it running. Russ designed a whole house HVAC system for me. He and his staff had to installing my existing home, no easy task to retrofit instead of a new home build. So pleased with results. All staff so helpful, kind, answered all my questions. Highly recommend this business.
