Avoid Healdsburg Jeep! The good reviews are from the prior owners. Do not use the service department! I went in to find out why my recall repair is not happening and two separate people came in furious about shoddy work and how they were being treated. One of the owners met me and promised to "take care" of our car. That was three weeks ago. The owner refuses to give us a repair date or a loaner vehicle. Stay away from this service hellscape!
Hello everyone, Went here for warranty suspension work and they did the work but 2 days turned into 2 weeks without my truck... I get my truck back and I'm missing the cover to my fuse box and my air intake is literally loose in the engine bay, so I called and they said they would call me back with a time to come in and get everything squared away and never once did they reach out. Pretty sad and unprofessional tbh

The general manager Keith is very rude and and very arrogant very unprofessional I cannot speak for the whole dealership, but when it got to Keith, very rude, very unprofessional, you could buy the car, not attitude I feel like they tried to scam me out of 25K then they tried to sell me something I do not please do not trust this dealership or Keith the general manager please beware of his bad attitude on willingness to work with people so beware
