My wife's Jeep Cherokee has PTU issues, it is not safe to drive, it loses power when accelerating. There is a recall for PTU, no repair date, no loaner. The vehicle is a dust collector sitting in garage. We are putting unccessary miles on my truck now at a higher mpg. No prospects that the PTU will be fixed anytime soon. Is the lack of urgency to repair the PTU and not offering a loaner a problem with the Jeep company or the dealership or both? Something to consider if you are looking to buy a new vehicle.
Beware of added tracking device charge above stated vehicle price. I did not notice the added charge till after all paperwork was completed.
Called into Healdsburg Jeep to verify pricing on a 2024 gladiator. Spoke to a salesman whom I won't name out of respect. Salesman confirmed advertised price as shown on website. Salesman then emailed an official OUT THE DOOR WORKSHEET and come to find out they have a hidden cost of $1,495 for a "dealer installed anti theft device". Make sure to read that good ol fine print so you don't feel as if your bait and switched like me! Not a good way to do business. Now I see why so many people can't stand the car buying process.
Avoid Healdsburg Jeep! The good reviews are from the prior owners. Do not use the service department! I went in to find out why my recall repair is not happening and two separate people came in furious about shoddy work and how they were being treated. One of the owners met me and promised to "take care" of our car. That was three weeks ago. The owner refuses to give us a repair date or a loaner vehicle. Stay away from this service hellscape!
