I made an online appointment at the Healdsburg C.D.J.Ram dealership expecting better service than at an oil stop. I needed an oil change. I received a coupon in the mail. I also needed my brakes checked. Online they offer shuttle service so I checked that box. I was not greeted at my truck when I arrived. I parked and went in and was not greeted.
