I’ve gone through a dealerships for my last three cars. The first was absolutely awful, I was treated horribly until my husband had to step in, but they were the only one with the exact car I wanted so we were unhappy but just dealt with it. The second was a little better, but still my husband had to step in for anything to get accomplished. I took my 1962 Impala to Healdsburg Chevrolet to support a special event that they had for high school students and I was so happy that I went! The service department made sure I felt safe leaving my vehicle in their care, they kept me updated and informed on what was happening and kept me in the loop on when I could expect my car back. They offered me beverages, and even fed me lunch! They were friendly, courteous and kind.
