Family own business wonderful people. Any septic issues straight to the point gets things done. The office manager took care of things right away had me booked and done and out.
Called and asked for information. But the lady was so busy talking and being sarcastic to even hear my question.
Prompt and professional service. We had a pump issue at a property and they were out the next day to make the needed repairs. We run a commercial property management business and deal with many contractors and we would not hesitate to use them again.
We have used McCollum for the required monitoring for our engineered septic system for about 8 years and they have been excellent - knowledgeable, helpful, professional and willing to discuss everything septic with my husband.
