Worst interaction ever!! This company should be out of business. We have been waiting for three months to get a list of issues taken care of. A/C not working, broken windows, sprinkler not working... they send someone out to fix one or two items then “radio silence”! We’ve called, texted, emailed and no response from Dustin in weeks!. I would have never rented this luxury home had I knew I would have had to spend so much time trying to get things fixed in our home. Save yourself the trouble and do not use this company!!!
Shady and corrupt company that will take your money. You will have your money taken away. I would advise to stay away as far as possible. There are much better property management companies to work with throughout Charlotte area.
