Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.
