good technicians, doing very good job, in business with them for the past 20 years, primitive incompetent administration, abusive, incompetent accounts receivable (billing) person makes this otherwise good company non-workable, hard to work with vulgarity and more important, with total incompetence. Customer Service is better trained and much more civilized. Ended up yesterday contacting the CEO Mr. Chris McCloud. We just used them for a HUGE hornets nest and couldn't be happier! We had Joe and he was amazing! They were quick to respond on a Saturday evening, best price around (and i checked) and went above and way beyond my expectations. I would recommend these guys to anyone, they are absolute professionals at what they do. Please call them if you need any pest control, you will not be disappointed!
We enjoy working with McCloud. We find them to be the best price on these type of services. Our man who does the actual work is Matt and he is outstanding. If you decide you need McCloud's types of services, I suggest you ask for MATT as your Tech.

Their excellent work means no ants, spiders, mice, or other pesky pests in or around my house. Thanks to Bill and the entire McCloud crew!
McCloud and tech Bill saved us when we had a black fly infestation in our kitchen. Too many flies to cook or eat safely. They are reliable and creative in their solutions, and provide our yearly treatment program, as well. Go for it!
