RecommendedThe views are unlike anything else in Tennessee. The rooms are exceptional as well as the restaurant and staff. This is very remote, high up on a mountain ridge so go for the breathtaking views and quiet. If you want thrill rides, then go to Pegion Forge because the closest you'll get to a thrill ride is the paved, two lane road up & down McCloud Mountain. Get any needed fast food fix and supplies or gasoline in town. We loved our stay there and look forward to our next stay and alone time together!

What can I say-I have read some negative reviews, so let me tell you about our experience. Noel was excellent, she is one of the best servers, the food was delicious. The appetizer was the pulled pork nachos, a giant plate full at that. My illustrious wife had the prime rib and it was delicious. I had the king ribeye, and oh, it was gigantic and delicious. Was a bit skeptical with some of the bad reviews, but thankful I didn’t let them stop me. Everyone is so friendly and the food was wonderful. Add in the breathtaking views and you couldn’t ask for a better way to spend time with your loved one. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone.
I had the 6 oz filet and it was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Friend green tomatoes were really good as well.
